  1. In Genesis 12, who approaches who - God to Abraham or Abraham to God? What does this say about the nature of creation and salvation?  Genesis 12:1-2 (Genesis 12:7, Genesis 13:16, Micah 7:20)
  2. During Abram & Sarah's journey to the promised land, what does the famine in Egypt reveal in Abram?  Genesis 12:10-12 (Isaiah 57:11, Jeremiah 17:5)
