In order to understand this book, we have taken the Scriptures (KJV) and paired them with commentary as quoted from the book, Daniel and Revelation by Uriah Smith, 1897 Edition. While there have been several revisions of this text, we affirm that this is the original edition as rendered by the author himself, and received and accepted by the early Advent movement pioneers, including Ellen G. White, in 1899:
