About Us
Chris Bailey III is the director of CHANGE Ministry. A native of Washington, D.C., he is also a certified National Trainer and Educational Consultant with the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. As an evangelist, teacher, and pastor, he has taught and pastored in districts across the country including California, Kentucky, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kansas, Florida, and now Arkansas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oakwood University. He is also a certified professional counselor with an emphasis on families, children, & adolescents with additional certifications in naturopathic nutrition and health wellness coaching. Sharing seminars for schools and churches from coast to coast, Chris inspires audiences to teach what they love by loving who they teach!
Tara Bailey is the co-founder and assistant director of CHANGE Ministry. She is also the Principal at Ozark Adventist School in Gentry, Arkansas. As an experienced educator, God has used her to successfully overhaul schools in Kentucky, Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kansas. Along with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oakwood University and Masters in Curriculum Instruction, Tara is a Certified Trainer in the 4MAT Learning Program, and a Certified Teacher of both the Fundations Literacy Program and DIBELS Standardized Testing. She also serves as a member of the North American Division Curriculum Committee for K-2 Pathways Development. A native of Jackson, Mississippi and a teacher at heart, Tara believes that every child is special and deserves a chance to succeed!
